Programmes built for practitioners

Every course in our catalogue is designed around a single principle: you should be able to apply what you learn on the same day. We keep cohorts small so instructors can give individual feedback, and every module includes a portfolio-ready project.

How it works

From enrolment to employment

Our course methodology follows a proven four-phase loop. Each phase builds on the previous one, ensuring you never feel lost and always know what comes next.

Phase one — orientation and goal setting

Before you write a single line of code or sketch a wireframe, we sit down together. You will map your existing skills, define measurable learning goals, and receive a personalised study plan that fits around your schedule. This phase typically takes one week and includes a one-to-one call with your assigned mentor.

Phase two — guided practice

Each week combines a live workshop, self-paced exercises, and peer review sessions. Instructors provide written feedback within 48 hours, and you can book additional office-hour slots if you need extra help. The emphasis here is on building muscle memory through repetition and incremental challenge.

Phase three — capstone project

You will tackle a multi-week project that mirrors a real client brief. Our industry partners supply authentic problem statements, so the work you produce has genuine commercial relevance. You will present your finished project to a panel that includes at least one external reviewer.

Phase four — career launch support

Graduation is not the end. We offer portfolio reviews, mock interviews, and introductions to hiring managers within our partner network. Alumni also retain access to our community forum and monthly masterclass series at no additional cost for 12 months after completing their course.

Our learners finish what they start

Industry-average completion rates for online programmes hover around 15 %. Our structured, mentor-led approach keeps learners engaged and accountable, resulting in a completion rate that speaks for itself.

Questions

Things people ask us most

If your question is not listed below, reach out directly and we will get back to you within one business day.

Not necessarily. Our beginner-friendly programmes (like the full-stack web development course) start from the fundamentals. However, some advanced modules — particularly in data analytics — assume basic familiarity with spreadsheets and logical thinking. Each course listing specifies prerequisites clearly.
Life happens, and we plan for that. Every learner gets two "pause weeks" they can activate at any point during the programme. Your mentor will help you build a catch-up plan, and recorded workshop sessions are available for review at any time.
Both. Each week includes one live workshop session (typically 90 minutes) plus self-paced exercises you complete on your own time. The live sessions are recorded for those who cannot attend, but we strongly encourage real-time participation for the interactive Q&A and peer collaboration.
Absolutely. We issue company invoices and can provide a detailed syllabus document for your learning and development department. Several of our partner organisations sponsor employees through our programmes as part of their internal upskilling initiatives.
Yes. If you decide the programme is not right for you within the first 14 days, we will refund your full fee — no questions asked. After that window, partial refunds may be available on a case-by-case basis depending on how far into the course you have progressed.
